We are looking to hire part-time Customer Experience Assistant who will create and maintain a professional image of the British Council by providing an excellent customer experience.
Some of the main responsibilities will include:
- Provide excellent customer experience to all British Council customers and partners by maintaining the Customer Services standards.
- Ensure all enquiries by channels are recorded on timely basis.
- Deliver registrations for Exams on a continuous basis and proactively cross-sell all relevant British Council services which customers may be interested in.
