Harrow College is invested in the development of its students and staff alike. The opportunity to share this experience internationally has allowed Harrow to provide some exciting perspectives on the challenges we face in Vocational Education today.

We hear from the Principal of Harrow College, Pat Carvalho, one of its many valued students, Roshni Ragvanni, and one of Harrow’s Curriculum Managers, Owen Price.

Pat Carvalho – Prinicipal and Chief Executive

First up is Pat Carvalho, who starts by answering one very large question about vocational education and the skills sector: What are the biggest challenges that we face?

In this second video, Pat takes time to explain some of the solutions that Harrow College have implemented to deal with these challenges, expressing the importance of partnerships and co-operation.

OWEN PRICE – CURRICULUM MANAGER

Curriculum Manager, Owen Price was able to provide a very different perspective on these challenges, explaining how some of the recent changes that UK Colleges have experienced have had an impact on his role. Owen then continues, elaborating further on these challenges and suggests steps we can begin to take to combat them.
